how to rename files in a folder

Hi I have a folder,

 

I have around 15 files starting with mbn951_file1, mbn951_file2 .... mbn951_file15 now I want to rename all this files as mbn251_file1, mbn251_file2,...... mbn251_file15 respectively

 

Please help me
