Administrators AWS Posted January 22, 2013 Administrators Posted January 22, 2013 I have x86 Win 7, the first time I open WMP after starting Windows the "Welcome to Media Player" screen shows (Recommended settings or Custom settings). I have tried uninstalling (turn off the windows feature), running CCleaner, rebooting and reinstalling - without luck and have also installed all Windows Updates.
