1-24-2013 KB2310138 (2.3mb) update wont download or install

This update showed up this morning (1-24-2013) it states 2.3mb, which is very large compaired to normal updatess to Microsoft Security Essistials.

I get error code 80096010. have tried Microsoft "Fit-It", No help. Checked disk for errors, etc.
