after over 2 hours + trying - windows 8 not accepted by my computer with Windows 7 , it refused to a

I bought this Windows 8 option via PAYPAL with no idea there would be problems

 

After spending many hours trying the program in Windows 8 it reached the end then statement " could not install will revert to your previous option"

There seems to me many,many issues reading through reasoning and issues from many customers

 

How many times are you suppose to try I've spend yesterday evening and today following the correct instructions, its obviously not compatible with my computer.

 

I would like a refund, as I bought Windows 8 in good faith, with no pre-issues warning about installing issue
