Extract stored emails from computer to a DVD disc

Hi, Please, I need to know how can I extract my storaged emails in Windows Live Mail program to a DVD disc. I use to have Outlook Explorer for my emails and Outlook Express Mail Expert program to extract those emails onto a DVD disc, excellent Program. Now,

for a long while I have tried different ways and places but I haven't be able to find nothing to do the extraction of stored emails from Windows Live Mail.

Need your advise. Thank you.
