installed new hard drive on laptop and want to reinstall Vista.

Have the one disk only that came with laptop (Dell Inspiron 1545) labeled &quotDrivers and Utilities already installed on your PC). I believe it may contain windows reinstall files but am unsure. When I load disk and boot up PC, no appropriate commands show

re: reinstall.
