after updating windows 8, mysql does not connect to java any more with jdbc

I was normally working with java connecting to mysql via jdbc, using windows 8.

Then I turned off the computer and when it started again there was a automatic update for windows 8.

After that, the connection between java and mysql didn't work anymore.

I reinstalled windows 8 and the problem was gone.

Then again there was an automatic update for windows 8 (after turning off and turning on),

And the connection disapeared once again.

What's the problem with windows 8 ?
