file extension .pbo

I've spent hours trying to bluetooth my contacts numbers to my hp notebook which I've finally done but now the file in my docs is unopenable cos it's a file extension .pbo (phone book)? I'm using windows 7 anybody know how to or what to do before

I try to update to a HTC phone please Guys ever so please.
