I downloaded Windows 8 as you can see below on Wednesday, The Operating system was working well until today when it crashed. The next time I tried to reboot it , it was stuck on a message that read 'Preparing to configure Windows Don't turn off your

computer'. So I am unable to access my laptop since that moment,I'm having to use my girlfriend's laptop and Microsoft account to send this message. I'm a Computing student so I need a working computer most of the time , Because I downloaded it from your website

I have no boot disc so I can't install the operating system again. Looking on internet forums I have noticed that other people have had the same problem and there is no fix for this issue without rebooting the laptop. I have deadlines coming up and I'm unable

to do work for them without having a working laptop. Because of this problem I need you to either tell me a way I can fix it , offer me a refund or give me a windows 8 boot disc so I can try and sort out the problem myself by rebooting the computer and installing

the operating system again.
