I am unable to logon to my user account.

Original title : My administrator account is not functioning.

I set up a new administrator account and set my account (which was the administrator account) to a user account. The administrator account did not get set up properly and now when I need to add the administrator password I get the following message:

Logon failure: the user has not been granted the requested logon type at this computer.

 

Is there a way to access the administrator account?
