Problem with Microsoft 2010 every time that I try to open a Word document a windows installer shows

Microsoft office 2010 start given me problems it was working until two day ago now every time that I try to open a Word Document a window installer pup-up (preparing to install) but never finished it is happening with Excel and Power Point also my attachments

in E-mail couldn't open because this annoying window installer pup-up please help. I am using

windows 7 (64)
