Administrators AWS Posted January 29, 2013 Administrators Posted January 29, 2013 i have recently built a computer running win 7 home with an MSI motherboard. the problem i am having is that on startup, the computer gets to the windows splash screen then it restarts and then i get a message saying windows did not shut down properly. I click the "start windows normally" option and then the computer starts fine and works perfectly. If i do a restart I don't have this problem. I have run memory diagnostics . I'm not sure if this is a windows install problem or a hardware problem thanks for your help View the thread Quote
