Windows wasts to update the same five uploads time after time. How can I stop this?

For nearly 3 weeks now my laptop has been responding on a daily basis to windows updates KB2600217 KB2533523 KB2473228 KB2458871 KB2461678 Can anyone help please! I have searched everywhere for an answer, but to no avail.
