I had causing my m/c to go slow. Is this for real. He then wanted to load a file on my m/c to help him have access to improve stuff. I stopped him at that point, he gave me his mobile number to call him back on!! He took me though the system log and

showed all the errors I had accumulated on my PC, seemed ok until he took me to www,windowsupport.us and then to click on &quotShow my PC&quot which results in a request to load a file &quotShowMyPC3105.exe&quot which I declined. How much of this is real or scam?
