startup module missing

After having a major virus attack, many cleanings, updates, tried everything, this comes up at startup:

 

C:UsersSharonAppDataRoamingwindat.DLL

module not found

Press "OK"

 

How do I fix it?

 

Your Fix-it tells me there is a problem with my Recycle Bin.
