Administrators AWS Posted February 4, 2013 Administrators Posted February 4, 2013 Windows 8 updated with KB2750149 on 1/29/13 and since that time Outlook 2003 is unable to send or receive emails. Set up check shows all connections and settings working, but download runs so slow that after 10 minutes it can't complete even one small email. Its not our internet because we have two other Windows 7 machines running the same programs with no problem. Any ideas? Should we uninstall that update? View this thread
