Are your representatives making "Cold Calls" to your customers? I object to this practice.

I have had more than one call recently where the caller says he is ringing from Windows to address a problem. I have not reported a problem so I have either said I will await a communication by email or post from Windows, or that there is no problem. I

find this unnerving I am on TPS, have caller display [no number is ever left] and do not wish to be approached like this. I would like to know if these calls are genuine and if not how did they get my details?
