Windows update keeps installing the same 5 updates everyday.

The same 5 updates get installed every time i turn off my computer and if i install them manualy then they just come back and say i have to install them again i also have tried a clean boot and installing them one at a time but then just come back again

the installed updates show them installed but then why do they come back?
