Administrators AWS Posted February 5, 2013 Administrators Posted February 5, 2013 Windows 7 - 64, MS Office, Cannon MG5220, "Printer not responding" - Can Scan from various Cannon Printer / Scanners, Can Print from Printer Solution Trouble Shooting Menu but cannot print Files of any Extension, printer was working perfectly before installing an AVG update, have contacted AVG but were not able to provide solution, Trouble Shooting cannot find a problem ??
