Windows keeps re-offering Security Update for SQL Server 2005 Service Pack 3 (KB2494113)

This update came out 4-5-12. Each time I start my computer Windows offers to install it again. It has been successfully installed over 50 times, but

 

Windows keeps offering it.

 

I have gone to FIXit to get this to stop, but it continues.

 

Any ideas?
