Windows Media Player video enhancements not working

I have Windows 7 Pro. All SPs and updates have been installed, v12 Not of my Audio or video enhancements are working. I ran the fix it tool that stated it fix about 4 issues but the did not fix the issue I am having the most problem with. A little help

please.
