Help! Windows update deleted files for my Intel graphics card!

I have recently noticed that my screen is flickering and seems very dim. Changing color settings, brightness, gamma, etc. does not fix my problem. I tried to use a restore point and update the graphic card driver however, it did not fix the issue. The

most recent windows update resulted in the deletion of some files associated with the graphics card. This has happened to me once before with the wireless internet capabilities however, a restore point fixed the problem.
