Windows 8 "Windows Update" missing from "Change PC Settings" list

When I first updated Win 7 to Win 8, there was a "Windows Update" entry as the last item in the "PC Settings" when I used the Settings Charm.

 

It is no longer listed.

 

If I search for Windows Update and click on the Tile which is found, it switches to the "PC Settings" page but displays a "Page not found" error.

 

Any idea how to fix this?
