I had to purchase this update a second time for the update to work. I would like a refund of this charge back to my credit card . This is the tird time I have tried to contact you for a response?? As it is this update does not work 100% with my HP IQ 500

touch screen so I am disappointed in this program and will probably have to back to my original Vista install making this a waste of time and mney. Please respond.
