Deleting stored mail

I have over 400 items in my &quotunread mail&quot folder. They are NOT UNREAD and I would like to get rid of them as easily as possible. They way they show on my screen is in quantities of five per page. It would take forever to delete them five at a time.

Is there a quick way to do this?
