Security Update for Windows 7 for x64-based Systems FAILED

I cannot download these two updates on my windows 7 64bit. No matter how I try, it keeps failing and once in a while will give me a bsod. please help -

and

 

 

- Security Update for Windows 7 for x64-based Systems (KB2778344)
