Where can I find the Windows Media Player for WIN 7 Pro 32 Bit?

My windows media player wont open. I upgraded from Windows 7 starter to windows 7 professional recently. I have windows 7 professional 32 bit. I tried to use the 64 bit (that's all thats available from the windows website but my computer says its not the

right program and won't install it. Where can I find the WMP for WIN 7 Pro 32 Bit?
