Error number: 0x80244019

When running windows update, (selecting express or custom) I receive the following error. [Error number: 0x80244019] . when I look in this community posting area I can see a post with this error number, but when I click on the message it only displays blank

pages. Please help me.

Running on Dell 4700. I have just reinstalled xp using the original dell factory specifications (hidden disk boot provided by Dell) so I am assuming the current xp setup is ok.
