Administrators AWS Posted February 13, 2013 Administrators Posted February 13, 2013 I got a message in Win8Pro that I needed to install a driver for my card reader. My computer is an Asus G71 notebook. I followed the link to a Ricoh driver, and installed it. I was notified to restart the computer, and did so. apparently there were also Windows updates to apply. My computer has been stuck "Installing update 22 of 25" for almost one hour. What should I do? View this thread
