Trying to install KB2790113 and KB2786400. Both fail with error codes 0x80070490 and 0x80073712 respectively. Using the MS troubleshooting process results in an endless loop. How do I break the cycle and install the updates? Have gone through the loop

at least five times and still get a failed install.
