Administrators AWS Posted February 16, 2013 Administrators Posted February 16, 2013 Hello. I am using the Windows 7 Home Premium 64 bit OS and the automatic updates is turned on. I never had any issue with the windows after the automatic update until couple of days. The windows update has performed 6 critical updates and after that, the keyboard is taking the alphabets as command shortcuts. For example, when I press "L" it locks up the computer and when I press R, the run dialog opens. I do have Kaspersky Internet Security 2013 edition and been registered. I did perform the complete scan and I did not see any potential threats to the OS. In order to get back my PC to normal mode, I had to perform the System Restore. I am not sure if same is going to happen after the update. Hence, I have not updated the OS yet. Please suggest me what to do and I afraid that there might be some glitch with the windows update which is causing all these issues. Regards, Raghavendra Raju Ambati View this thread
