error codes 8004FF86 & FFFFFFFE

Cannnot find anything on these errors as to why my Windows update won't update these two important updates.

 

Update for Microsoft Security Essentials - KB2804527 (4.2.223.1)

 

Security Update for Windows 7 for x64-based Systems (KB2799494)
