Windows Vista - How do I move the buttons in the taskbar back to the left side of the taskbar?

Windows Vista - How do I move the buttons in the taskbar back to the left side of the taskbar? Someone used my computer and now they are on the right side and you can only see 2 programs at a time. I want them to start at the left and run across the entire

taskbar (not just two windows worth) so I can see them all and toggle between them by clicking on them.
