After update KB2795944 reboot takes to long

Hello people!

I have a problem, today installed (update ) my laptopKB2795944.

First of it, and the rate was still on 15%

after 2 hour's, have a blanck screen, and I could do nothing so i forced my laptop to shut down.

I see in the log it is successful installed.

But when i reboot the laptop its take TO LONG time.....

And after that update i can't play a game... supreme commander Forged Alliance

I got this message

This application is not compatible with the installed operation system.

Please upgrade to Windows 98SE, Windows 2000 or better.

can someone help me to fix this problem?
