problems with windows 7 on dell computer purchased from college bookstore

I purchased my computer from college bookstore It has windows 7 premium it has a microsoft product code on the bottom but when I try to use it to activate ms office 2010 it doesn't work and I want to retore my computer to factory settings the only disk

that came with the computer is the drivers cd I didn't make a backup or repair disk because I had too many papers due I used starter mirosoft office but it is not showing on my computer now
