Administrators AWS Posted February 18, 2013 Administrators Posted February 18, 2013 I just inherited a PC Windows 7 2009 Home Premium will not allow Windows update/ states "service not running"advises of course to reboot and still nothing.UGH! I've tried system restore...and a slew of amateur things and still can't get it ti update???? PLZ help! : % ) View this thread
