Internet Explorer 9 not working at start up due to various updates

Approximately 1 week ago, there were 9 new Windows updates and 2 Office 2007. My computer is automatically set up to update when I shut down. Every time I restart my computer, I cannot access Internet Explorer 9 and I must run a system restore to delete

these updates and then go through the process again every time I reboot my computer. I have tried to trouble shoot the problem with installing updates on windows.microsoft.com and have done a check through SFC/scannow. I am running Windows 7 and have Norton

360 Premiere Edition. My computer is a Sony VAIO 64 bit Intel ®, Core ™ i3 CPU. The following package of 11 updates seem to be the culprit but I have no way of knowing if it is 1, all, or a combination. KB's, 2792100, 2797052, 2789645, 2789642, 2778344,

2790113, 2790655, 2799494, 890830, 2596620, 2767916. Any assistance you can provide would be greatly appreciate!
