I frequently getting a massage about PC problem saying to restart and visit system_service_exception

[AWS]

i bought my computer a week ago. But from few days ago a massage arriving saying a PC problem asking to open system_service_exception. I opened it and tried to find the solution but not yet possible to solve this problem. Still it is happening same time

and again. So, me as a Microsoft costumer need yours help to resolve this problem of restarting showing a PC problem.
