Administrators AWS Posted February 19, 2013 Administrators Posted February 19, 2013 My documents, pictures and favorites have disappeared since the last Windows update that took place around 2/13/2013. Also Firefox won't open saying that it already has a window open but it doesn't. I uninstalled Firfox and reinstalled it and it still won't open saying the same thing. I have removed several Trojans since then also. Yesterday I had some person call me on my cell phone that I could barely understand telling me they were from Microsoft and they noticed that I have had some errors and trojans and wanted control of my computer. I found out they were from Teamveiewer wanting to sell me antivirus progams. What is going on? Am I going to have to take my computer to the shaop to have it staightened out. I run Microsoft Security Essentials and Malwarebytes. Please help! View this thread
