Windows start up issue after problematic partitions made by me !

I wanted to make new partitions for my windows 7 which had low space on main Drive . I got a back up by acronis programm, But it seems like i had calculated wrong numbers for making partitions! So windows did not start any after!! :( Windows Start-up Repair

did not do any good either. What i've gonna do?? S.O.S
