Administrators AWS Posted February 21, 2013 Administrators Posted February 21, 2013 brand new toshiba laptop told their was two new important updates for windows. executed the auto update it downloaded the updates started the configuring windows got to about 50% point . the spinning symbol moved to the left side of the sceen and still spinning .can move the mouse but cant do anything else .was told not to shut the pc down . been doing this for about 3 hours now . assuming this is an update for windows 8 doing this from a different computer need help View this thread
