Hi Done an update which took about 15 hrs but it completed. It's been stuck on shutting down screen

As above, I think it did the update but it's on the shutting down now

Sometimes it's a blank screen and then sometimes it shows the shutting down screen.

Has it got stuck, should I turn it off
