Why won't somone help me? No updates

[AWS]

I have tried every suggestion I could get tried every fix-it change drivers,Security,Anit-virus etc. etc. for 6 months and nothing

will down load properly no one will help with out an upfront fee. I have been defrauded for 8 years.
