Display too large for screen prevents access to Apply or Okay buttons to implement changes to resolu

Cannot access Apply or Okay buttons to implement changes in resolution because text size too large and will not scroll down. Having same problem when trying to scan/print document. How can I restore default resolution without being able to click Okay?
