running into problems with some programs that stop my computer. I was worried that I had been hacked but that doesn't seem to be the case. I've signed up for auto updates. That didn't really help anything. I get the message as I'm getting ready to shut down

my computer that the update will occur 2 days later and restart. How do I uninstall Windows 8? I'm tired of the problems.
