Administrators AWS Posted February 23, 2013 Administrators Posted February 23, 2013 Hi, I know this sounds like a stupid question but I am stumped & hoping that perhaps there's something more required than simply entering somebody's personal email. I have a family member in Belgium who is on her deathbed, and her attorney called me to request I send him an email from my computer in order to fax or scan paperwork. He gave me the following email, & I called him back 3 times to make sure I got it right, for it kept coming back as "undeliverable"! *** Email address is removed for privacy *** (no caps) I tried it with www. & even different computers & browsers. I am 100% positive I got his email correctly but for whatever reason I am unable to send it from my desktop here in California. My email hasnt changed in 12 years: *** Email address is removed for privacy ***. Does anybody have a clue about needing to use a special protocol to email from California to Belgium? thanks kindly, regards Alan View the thread Quote
