failed again KB976932: ? gone through All process's unable to install KB2498452 re update one compu

hello the handy one, what a pain with this service pk. Tried to download stand alone. No help. Is there another programme can use, keep getting pop up new update! ( same KB976932) process error 800BO100-failed8024200D. waste of time. any solution?
