Administrators AWS Posted February 24, 2013 Administrators Posted February 24, 2013 I recently baught a MSI Ge70 laptop and Windows 8 has been the bane of my life. Everytime i try to restart / shut down, It wants to configure Windows features. It'll stick on 15% for about 20minutes and then do something, When it loads back up, it'll stick on 35% for what feels like an eternity. I've checked and all updates are installed, I've also spent time checking the forums for a solution, Any idea what might be causing this because it's starting to become an issue. Thanks in advance!
