I have a 3 week old Samsung laptop NP350V5C. I have done little on it except try and learn Windows 8 and last week bought &amp loaded Office Pro 13.

Before this I had some problems with the laptop being slow or unresponsive with the internet - wouldn't open other browsers, wouldn't open some links. Since late last week I have had problems loading MS Office, I couldn't even register it, and now the Store

has ceased to work. The Store charm says '33' at the bottom. I don't know what that means. Clicking on it just opens the green screen with the bag on it, and nothing happens. I can't understand why the Office software won't work - I tried de-installing,

repairing, nothing happens. I have given up and I have now tried a PC restore to a restore point 10 days ago, hopefully so I can get the Store to work again and I can re-load the Office software (I have a link AND a disk). However it has been 'restarting' for nearly 2 hours now. This

must be a problem with the PC - restarting should not take over an hour, never mind two. What do I do with the 'Restarting' screen? What will happen if I turn the PC off? Can I turn it off?
