Missing "Downloads" in Start Menu Right Pane,

Can't get the "Downloads" Library category to show.Can link any folders to it and everything looks normal, it just won't show. Start Menu Customize Tried link and menu. Also "Use Default Settings"Looking at it in Explorer, everything looks good, just like the other Library categories.
